Your journey with us may include some financial education and training in these areas.

Money is inherently an emotional experience. Financial therapy is a research-informed process to help you change the way you think, feel, and behave around money. Our work helps individuals, couples, and families as they work through this emotional and psychological process.

Financial Planning

While we interact with money every day, we also need to prepare for our long-term futures. Financial health across the lifespan requires conversations around retirement, goals, and actual numbers of what it will take to achieve those dreams. Working with a financial planner is a big part of building that financial health.

Our Services

Initial Intake

We believe in addressing the whole system when improving financial health. Our intake process involves a meeting with each professional (financial therapist, counselor, and planner), where we will assess your needs in each domain area described above.

Team Meeting

After your intake with each professional, we will have a collaborative meeting to discuss our assessments and to talk through our recommendations for your financial health. We honor your thoughts and desires on the help you are seeking as well.

Pathways

During our team meeting, we will identify a "pathway" that fits your situation that allows you to grow in each area of financial health. Some clients may be referred to more financial therapy services if that is where the greatest need is while others may need more skill building. We are confident these services will move you towards true financial health.
